Beautiful Condominium/Townhouses There are 6 buildings consisting of 8 individual units each. The typical units are three levels: ground level is a two-car garage with a small basement area, the first level typically is a living room, dining area, kitchen, and half bath, and the third level is two bedrooms and full bath. A small number of units were customized with full baths on the first level, finished basements some with baths, and some have three bedrooms. The units were built in 1996 through 2003. All unit owners have access to the boat ramp and common pier. Some unit owners purchased one of the 16 boat slips that were available, and these are accessible from the two limited common piers that are owned by the boat slip owners. Boat slips must be owned by a unit owner, no public access is allowed to the lakefront area. There are also a limited number of storage areas available to rent. |

Beautiful Heated Pool & Cabana The heated pool is typically open from late May to early October weather permitting. There are lounges, chairs, and tables for use by residents and their guests as well as a bathroom and shower facility. The pool depth ranges from 30 inches to 66 inches. It has a digital lock on the door and fencing all around to keep children safely outside the area unless accompanied by an adult. |

The Lake Lake Koshkanong is one of the best-kept secrets in Wisconsin. It was formed by the damning of the Rock River which enters the lake at the North end and exits at the South end. While it is not famous, it is Wisconsin's third-largest lake consisting of over 26,000 acres of water and 26 miles of shoreline. Because of its low depth, typically 7 feet or less, it cannot support large boats that have a draft of more than 18 inches since, during high heat months such as August, areas near shore may be less than 18 inches. The average river depth is approximately 12 feet. The homeowners association maintains a lakefront with a common pier for all residents' use as well as limited common piers for use by boat slip owners. There is also a swing for relaxing by the waterfront as well as a fire pit area for those evening campfires and S'mores. |

Room to Roam The lake and river provide a large expanse of places to go. There is swimming, fishing, water sports like skiing and wakeboarding, as well as just leisurely cruising. You can easily spend an entire day on the water and not begin to run out of places to go. There are plenty of places to stop for a beverage or two and to get something to eat. With three marinas on the water, you can be sure to not run out of gas or worry about a breakdown. |
